The former Cornell fraternity president who was accused of attempted rape, pleaded guilty to forcible touching, a misdemeanor, in court Tuesday. Wolfgang Ballinger, 22, was arrested back in February 2016. Court documents alleged he led a female student to his bedroom at the Psi Upsilon fraternity house and tried to force her into having sex with him.
